We're building the future of business, one Mission at a time. MAXX is a live product, shipping weekly — this page is a snapshot of that momentum, not a prototype pitch.
MAXX is your autonomous business companion.
For the self-employed, the founder-operator, and the small team running on grit and courage. You speak. MAXX runs the mission. Your business moves forward — without you living inside another dashboard.
MISSIONS, not features.
A Mission is a job MAXX runs for you from start to finish.
Instead of handing you another tool and leaving you to figure it out, MAXX does the work — research, writing, outreach, scheduling, follow-up and delivery.
Just say what you need. MAXX plans it, runs it, and reports back.

Get customers
MAXX researches your ideal buyer, builds a targeted prospect list, writes the outreach in your voice, and runs the follow-up sequence across email, LinkedIn and SMS — booking replies straight into your calendar while you keep working.

Run your calendar
Bookings, reschedules, reminders, prep notes, travel buffers and no-show recovery. Say it once — MAXX handles every message and confirmation that used to live in your inbox.

Handle communications
Email, SMS, WhatsApp and voicemails triaged, drafted, sent and tracked in your voice. MAXX flags what needs you, replies to what doesn't, and keeps every thread moving.

Track finances
Invoices raised, receipts filed, expenses categorised, cashflow forecast and late payers chased — MAXX keeps your numbers current and tells you exactly where the business stands.

Run operations
Suppliers briefed, contractors coordinated, SOPs enforced, tasks assigned and deadlines kept. MAXX becomes the operations layer that stitches your day together.

Spot opportunities
MAXX monitors inbound leads, competitor moves, news mentions, LinkedIn signals and market shifts — and surfaces the two or three moves that actually matter this week.

Create content
Proposals, pitch decks, social posts, newsletters, website copy, case studies and video scripts — all drafted in your voice, on-brand, and ready to publish or send.

Manage clients
Contracts drafted, onboarding runbooks executed, project updates issued, renewal windows watched — every client relationship kept warm without you remembering to check in.

Organise documents
Receipts, contracts, notes, IDs and records — captured, tagged, filed and instantly findable. Ask MAXX for anything and it's in your hand in seconds, not minutes.

Recruit and hire
MAXX writes the job spec, sources candidates, screens CVs, drafts outreach and schedules interviews — turning a two-week hiring sprint into a Tuesday afternoon.

Report and analyse
Weekly business briefings, pipeline dashboards, campaign performance and end-of-month wrap-ups — delivered as a short spoken summary or a clean PDF, whichever you prefer.

Guard your time
MAXX filters distractions, defends focus blocks, batches low-value work and reminds you what the priority actually was this morning — so the important things get done.
Three steps, one instruction. Go live in 60 seconds.
No dashboards to learn. No forms to fill. Just a conversation that turns into work getting done.
- 1Step 01
You speak.
Press the microphone and brief MAXX the way you'd brief a trusted operator — in plain English, in one breath. No forms, no menus, no dashboards. MAXX asks a clarifying question only if it needs to.
- 2Step 02
MAXX plans the mission.
Your instruction becomes a mission plan: the actions, the accounts to touch, the message drafts, the sequence, the guardrails. MAXX reads it back so you can approve, edit or redirect before anything goes out.
- 3Step 03
MAXX executes
The work runs in the background across the tools you already use — email, calendar, CRM, docs, WhatsApp, accounting. You get a clean spoken summary and a written recap, ready to review, forward or roll back.
That is the whole interface. One brief. One mission. One minute to start, and MAXX keeps running until the outcome is delivered.
One flat price. Every mission.
MAXX is a flat $99 a month. Everything the platform does is included — unlimited voice, all 50 business missions, every connector, every recap. The only variable cost is Mission Miles: a pre-paid balance that covers the real-world charges when MAXX uses paid external tools on your behalf. You top it up. Nothing external ever runs unless you've funded it.

Flat subscription. Cancel any time with one month's notice.

A pre-paid balance for the real-world cost of external tools — sending SMS, placing calls, running ads, querying paid data APIs. MAXX calculates the miles for each action and only ever spends what you've loaded.
Questions, answered.
What does MAXX cost?+
A flat $99 a month. That single subscription unlocks unlimited voice conversations, all 50 business missions, every connector, every mission recap and real-human support. The only variable is Mission Miles — the metered cost of paid external tools MAXX uses on your behalf (SMS, calls, ads, third-party data). You top Mission Miles up yourself, so nothing external ever runs unless you've funded it, and there is never a bill larger than the $99 subscription plus the miles you chose to load.
What are Mission Miles?+
Mission Miles are a pre-paid balance that covers the real-world costs MAXX incurs when it runs missions that touch paid external services — sending an SMS, buying ads, placing a phone call, querying a paid data provider or API. Before each paid step MAXX calculates the miles required, deducts them from your balance, and stops if the balance is low. There is no auto-billing and no surprise invoices; if you never top up, MAXX simply never spends.
Can I get charged more than I expect?+
No. Your subscription is a fixed $99 a month, billed on the same date each cycle. Anything external is drawn only from the Mission Miles balance you have already topped up. When the balance is running low MAXX warns you; when it's empty, MAXX pauses the paid actions and asks you before doing anything else that would cost money.
How do I cancel?+
One click from your account settings, or just tell MAXX out loud. Cancellations take effect after one month's notice — no lock-in, no cancellation fee, no phone calls to sit through. Your unused Mission Miles remain available until the account closes, and you can export all of your data before that date.
Is there a free trial?+
You can talk to MAXX right now on this website, without signing up or entering a card — that is by far the fastest way to see how it feels to operate by voice. When you're ready, a full account with connectors, missions and recaps starts on the $99 subscription, and you can cancel at any time with one month's notice.
Is MAXX really voice-only?+
Voice is the primary interface because it is the fastest, most natural way to brief a companion — you speak the way you'd brief a colleague, and MAXX runs with it. You always review, edit or approve material work before it goes out, and a full text interface is available whenever you can't speak, want to paste a document, or prefer to read a recap.
Does MAXX replace my existing tools?+
No. MAXX sits on top of the tools you already use — Gmail/Outlook, Google/Microsoft Calendar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Xero/QuickBooks, your CRM and your docs. It reads and writes through those systems, so your data stays where it is and your team keeps the interfaces they know. You get orchestration, not a rip-and-replace migration.
How long until MAXX is useful?+
Most operators run their first real mission — usually outbound outreach, a calendar cleanup, or an invoice chase — inside the first fifteen minutes. There is nothing to configure and no training data to prepare: you speak, MAXX plans, you approve, MAXX executes. The system learns your voice, your brand and your business as you use it, so it gets sharper every week.
What data does MAXX see?+
Only what you explicitly connect. Every connector is scoped to the minimum permissions needed for the missions you run, revocable in one click, and audited so you can see exactly what MAXX read or wrote. MAXX never scrapes accounts you didn't grant, and every action against a connected system is logged in your recap history.
How does MAXX stay accurate?+
MAXX reads its plan back to you before executing anything material — outreach, payments, contracts, calendar changes — so you can catch a wrong name, a wrong number or a wrong tone before it goes out. Every mission ends with a written recap of what was done and where, and reversible actions can be undone for 24 hours from the recap.
What if I don't like what MAXX drafts?+
Say so, plainly. MAXX rewrites on the spot in the direction you want — shorter, warmer, harder, more specific — and remembers the correction so the next draft is closer without you having to ask again. Over time your voice profile sharpens, and drafts start landing right the first time.
Can my team use MAXX?+
Yes. MAXX is built for the self-employed and small teams, with shared business context (brand, offers, pipeline) alongside per-person voice profiles and per-seat permissions. Everyone briefs MAXX in their own voice, but the underlying customer, pipeline and calendar state stays consistent across the team.
Is MAXX secure?+
MAXX runs on encrypted, permissioned connectors. Credentials are stored via each provider's official OAuth flow, never in plaintext, and are scoped to the specific actions you approved. Your data is not used to train shared models, every account can be disconnected in one click, and the privacy policy sets out retention and deletion in full.
Which tools does MAXX connect to?+
Email (Gmail, Outlook), calendar (Google, Microsoft), messaging (WhatsApp, SMS), social (LinkedIn), accounting (Xero, QuickBooks), your CRM, and your document store. New connectors are added regularly based on what operators actually ask for — if a tool is on your critical path and isn't yet supported, tell us and it goes on the roadmap.
What are the 50 business missions?+
Complete jobs MAXX runs end-to-end — outbound outreach, lead follow-up, calendar cleanup, invoice chasing, proposal drafts, social posts, market research, competitor scans, meeting prep, weekly reporting and more. Each mission has a defined shape (inputs, checks, outputs and recap) so the quality is repeatable. All 50 are unlocked on the $99 plan, and new missions ship regularly at no extra cost.
Do I need any technical knowledge?+
None. If you can have a conversation with a colleague, you can operate MAXX. There is nothing to install, no prompts to memorise, no automation graphs to draw and no code to write — the whole system is designed for operators, not engineers.
What customer support do I get?+
Real humans on email at humans@sentium.live, plus in-app help within MAXX. If something breaks inside a mission, we look at the mission with you rather than pointing at a help centre. Response times are measured in hours during business days, not days.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export everything — mission history, recaps, contacts, generated drafts — before your final day. After the account closes, your data is deleted on the schedule set out in the privacy policy, and every connector is automatically disconnected so MAXX no longer holds any access to your systems.
Who built MAXX?+
MAXX is built by Sentium Labs in Silicon Valley — a team of engineers, operators and designers who have spent years building tools that treat AI as a teammate, not a chatbot. The founders have shipped software used by millions and have run their own small businesses, which is why MAXX is built the way an operator would want a companion to work.
How does MAXX handle my brand voice?+
MAXX builds a voice profile from the way you speak to it, the corrections you make on drafts, and any sample material you share (past emails, posts, proposals). It applies that profile consistently across missions, so an outbound email, a LinkedIn post and a customer reply all sound like the same person. You can nudge the profile at any time by saying things like 'less formal' or 'more like the version I wrote last Tuesday'.
Can MAXX make outbound calls on my behalf?+
Yes, for supported call types — appointment confirmations, simple follow-ups, and information gathering — MAXX can place voice calls from a number attached to your account. Every call has a defined script and objective that you approve before it goes out, and the outcome comes back in the mission recap. Call minutes are metered as Mission Miles, so you always control the spend.
What languages does MAXX speak?+
MAXX is currently optimised for English (US, UK, Indian and Australian variants) and is being expanded to Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Hindi. Written outputs (emails, posts, docs) can be produced in a wider set of languages on request. Tell MAXX which language a specific mission should run in and it will hold that language end-to-end.
How does MAXX handle mistakes or hallucinations?+
For anything material — outreach, payments, contracts, calendar changes — MAXX reads its plan back before executing, so a bad name, a bad number or a bad price is caught before it ships. Facts about your business (customers, deals, prices) come from your connected systems rather than being invented. When MAXX genuinely doesn't know, it says so and asks, instead of guessing.
Does MAXX work on mobile? Is there an app?+
Yes. The web experience at meetmaxx.com works on any modern phone browser, and dedicated iOS and Android apps are rolling out through the App Store and Google Play. The apps are a thin wrapper around the same MAXX brain, so a mission you start on your phone in the car continues seamlessly on your laptop at your desk.
What happens if a connector (e.g. Gmail) breaks or changes?+
MAXX monitors every connector's health, so if a token expires or a provider changes its API, the affected mission pauses and you get a one-tap re-authorise prompt instead of a silent failure. Nothing that depends on the broken connector runs until it's reconnected, and MAXX resumes exactly where it left off once the connection is healthy again.
Can I set spending limits on Mission Miles?+
Yes. You can cap how many Mission Miles any single mission may consume, set a daily and monthly ceiling across all missions, and require explicit approval for any single action that costs above a threshold you choose. When a limit is hit, MAXX pauses and asks — it never quietly spends past your ceiling.
How does MAXX handle sensitive info (financials, client PII, contracts)?+
Sensitive data is treated as read-in-the-moment context, not training material — it is used to execute your mission and then held only for as long as the recap and audit trail require. Access is scoped per connector and per user, transport and storage are encrypted, and you can request deletion of any specific mission's data at any time. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Can MAXX schedule recurring missions (daily / weekly reports)?+
Yes. You can say things like 'every Monday at 8am, give me a pipeline summary and chase anyone quiet for more than five days' and MAXX will schedule the mission, run it on cadence, and deliver the recap to your inbox or Slack. Recurring missions can be paused, edited or cancelled by voice at any time.
Where is my data stored and is it used to train AI models?+
Your data is stored in secure, encrypted infrastructure operated by Sentium Labs, in regions consistent with your account setup. It is used to run your missions, produce your recaps and improve your personal voice profile — it is not used to train shared or third-party AI models. The privacy policy sets out the storage regions, retention windows and deletion process in full.
Can I request new missions or connectors?+
Absolutely. MAXX's mission library grows based on what operators actually need. If a connector or mission is missing, tell us through the app or at humans@sentium.live — requests from active subscribers go straight to the roadmap, and many ship within a few weeks.
