What MAXX collects
MAXX processes the minimum data required to run the Missions you ask for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not train third-party foundation models on your private business content.
- Account details — name, company, email, and phone number that you provide when you request access or sign up.
- Voice inputs and Mission history — the recordings, transcripts, and outputs required to execute your requests and improve your experience.
- Product telemetry — anonymised usage patterns, error reports, and performance data that help us keep the service reliable.
How we use your information
- To run the Missions you initiate.
- To improve MAXX's own reasoning and tool-use quality.
- To communicate with you about the service.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix bugs.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate MAXX — for example, voice processing, cloud hosting, and email delivery. We do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers. Any third party we use is contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
Permissions
MAXX may request access to your device's microphone for voice conversations, notifications for mission updates, and storage or files when you choose to upload documents. These permissions are used only to provide the features you request and can be managed through your device settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, export, correct, restrict, or delete your data. You can also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where applicable.

Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Children's Privacy
MAXX is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Deleting Your Account
You may request deletion of your MAXX account and associated personal data by contacting humans@sentium.live. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws.
Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, along with access controls and audit logging, to protect your data. Security is a first-class product concern, but no system is perfectly secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please contact us at humans@sentium.live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MAXX evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the product before the changes take effect.
