Delete Your MAXX Account
If you wish to permanently delete your MAXX account and associated personal data, you can request account deletion by contacting us.
How to request deletion
Send an email to humans@sentium.live with your deletion request.
When submitting your request, please include:
- Your registered email address or mobile number.
- Your full name (optional).
- A clear request to permanently delete your MAXX account.
What happens when you request deletion
- Your MAXX account will be permanently deleted.
- Personal information associated with your account will be removed.
- Uploaded files, missions, conversations, and workspace data will be deleted where applicable.
- Some information may be retained for a limited period where required to comply with legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, or accounting obligations.
Processing timeline
Once your request has been verified and processed, your account and associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
