The agreement between you and MAXX.

By accessing or using MAXX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MAXX.

• Provide accurate business information when creating or maintaining your account.
• Review Mission outputs — such as messages, quotes, invoices, or contracts — before they leave your business.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Use MAXX only for lawful business purposes and comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.

MAXX is an autonomous AI companion that turns your voice or text instructions into complete workflows called Missions. MAXX runs these Missions across the tools you connect, reports back on progress, and asks for your approval before actions that leave your business.

You remain responsible for the business decisions you approve through MAXX. MAXX is a tool, not a substitute for your professional judgment.

• Deliver the service as described on our website.
• Protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
• Provide clear notice of material changes to these terms or the service.
• Use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure.

MAXX is currently in private preview. Pricing and payment terms will be shared with you at onboarding or when you subscribe to a paid plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You retain all rights to your business data and the outputs of Missions you run through MAXX. Sentium AI LTD owns the MAXX software, brand, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MAXX during your subscription or preview period.

You may stop using MAXX at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use MAXX ends immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentium AI LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MAXX. Our total liability for any claim related to MAXX is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no amount was paid.

We may update these terms as MAXX evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the product before they take effect. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
